Oja! Farms Soy Bean Preparation

Ingredients

160g Oja! Dry Roasted Soya Beans

30ml Oil

Water for soaking of beans

½ Onion

½ bottle of beetroot salad, liquid drained

1 Garlic

7.5ml Cumin

1cm fresh ginger, cleaned and finely grated

40ml Red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Soak Oja! Soy Beans for 20 min in boiling water.
  2. Saute onions till cooked.  Add garlic, ginger and cumin.
  3. Strain beans from water and keep water aside.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  Add soya bean water, to create the right consistency.
  5. Store in air tight container in the fridge.
